Chef & Owner: Sally Mimura
In her culinary life Sally has worked as a caterer and personal chef, co-owned and managed a tea shop in Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital (Great Lakes Tea and Spice), and has taught adult and children's cooking classes. She currently works as a personal chef, delivering meals to clients' homes each week, and catering private events. Her grain-free baking company, Tzippi's Kitchen is currently on hiatus from Farmers Market appearances, but many of her baked goods are featured on the home delivery menus.
Kitchen Assistant: Isabelle Bargren
In addition to assisting with catering events, Isabelle works hard in the kitchen prepping salads and staples for weekly meal delivery. She also shops for our supplies and delivers meals to many clients.
Event Assistant: Michele Clevenger
Former cookie business owner, Michele wears many hats including baker, planner, and event prep/staff. Her organization and management skills keep the ball rolling, even during the most hectic moments (and long hours). She is the proud mother of two lovely daughters, and is one of those amazing women who puts a healthy, homemade dinner on the table each night for her family. Michele also has interests in crochet, numerous culinary pursuits, and is an avid reader. She has a baking business of her own, specializing in event cakes, cupcakes, cookies and treats of all kinds.
