Chef & Owner: Sally Mimura
Coming from a background of diverse interests, Sally describes herself as having lived many lives. Educated in the arts, biological sciences, nutrition, and pharmacy, with interests in music, metalsmithing/jewelry design and fabrication, bookbinding, vintage motor scooters, downhill skiing, and all things food, Sally claims her favorite thing to do is to chop parsley. In her culinary life Sally has worked as a caterer and personal chef, co-owned and managed a tea shop in Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital (Great Lakes Tea and Spice), and has taught adult and children's cooking classes. She currently works as a personal chef, and cooks in her clients' homes each week.
Right hand man: Charlie Sarin
Educated in finance, with interests in baseball, history, science, automobiles, food and dining, Charlie has over 25 years of experience in food service, catering, and the beverage industry. He is a professional barista and runs our espresso bar at functions. He excels at managing the logistical aspects of catering, and is a our on-site grilling expert.

They truly care about making each and every event unique, and have their eyes on every last detail.
